This is a storage property we bought with zero customers and brought back almost from the ground. We left the photos as they are so you can see what the place actually looked like before we started.

What the work looked like
It looked like the hillside was taking it back.
When we first walked this property, it looked like it was slowly being taken back by the hillside. The trees had closed in, and the ground needed serious work.
We came in with zero customers. We took the place up almost like ground zero.
That meant new doors, major regrading, and tons of trees removed. It came out looking like a new build, except it wasn’t.
