Project No. 2August 2026

Cresson

When you’ve owned a property for years, the work can pile up. That doesn’t mean you have to take care of everything before you sell. This is a storage property we bought, fixed up, and still own today.

One of the buildings

Before
Before: the original storage building with pale doors and vegetation along the gravel drive.
After
After: the same storage building with blue doors and cleared gravel around it.

Doors and driveway

Before
Before: green storage doors beside a driveway with weeds along the edges.
After
After: the same row with blue doors and a tidier gravel driveway.

More than the buildings

The work started with finding the customers.

We bought this property from the previous owners with no customer information or phone numbers. Before we could get things in order, we had to track the customers down. We did that work ourselves.

Then we got to work fixing the place up. The photos show the buildings and driveways before and after. We still own the property and continue to take care of it.

If your property needs attention or the records aren’t perfect, you don’t need to apologize for it. We’ve taken on that kind of work before, and I’d like to hear about yours.

A look around after the work.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Your property doesn’t need to be perfect. If you’re thinking about selling, now or down the road, I’d like to hear from you.
